We are unable to allow facepaint, glitter or confetti.

When deciding on where to put your bouncy castle you will need to allow extra room behind the bouncy castle for the blower, plus room in front for the children to get on and off the unit safely.

We also require extra space either side of the castle so we can peg it down securely.

All our units come complete with crash mats at the front step of the bouncy castle.

All our castles need to be located inside a hall or on a grassed area free of any debris or animal foul.

If we arrive at your venue and the area is not suitable for the inflatable then we will charge you the full hire charge and we wont leave the inflatable with you.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION...

You may not be aware that it is extremely important that a bouncy castle or similar has an annual safety certificate issued to ensure the inflatable is safe for public use...

The inspector checks things such as pressure, sharp edges, safety step dimensions, side wall heights, anchor points and a lot more to ensure its as safe as possible and meets all safety guide lines..

Also in most cases if an inflatable does not have a safety test issued by a inspector annually it voids the insurance.
